"J'Overt Locale" is the new name for Batabano's annual J'Ouvert parade held the weekend before Cayman Carnival Batabano. For guests visiting Grand Cayman for Batabano the first weekend in May, a second J'Ouvert parade will take place May 4, 2019 after the Friday Night Fete, called "International J'Ouvert". All are welcome to join both J'Ouvert parades!
